Critical Resistance, Los Angeles meets on the first Saturday of every month from 2pm to 4pm. We welcome new members. 1) the LEAD Project, community workshops with women in a residential recovery program,
2) participation in a statewide coalition, Californians United for a Responsible Budget (CURB), to reduce prison spending by reducing the number of people in prison and number of prisons in the state,
3) city wide popular education on the Prison Industrial Complex and its Abolition.
